Rebooting This For Work
We’re only a month into the new year and a lot’s happened. I moved from Prescott, Arizona down to Phoenix, then drove immediately to Los Angeles to meet up with my best friend for an incredible trip. Then I drove back and started a new job almost immediately.
What job is that, you ask? Well, gee, it’s yet another Mazda dealer. This time, allegedly the #1 Mazda store in the entire state. That commands a tall order if we’re to stay atop. While the product knowledge isn’t new, the city is–to me. That means building a business pipeline all over again, as it goes in sales.
So we’re getting creative. I’ve been trying to drive up the internet presence through SEO tools, Google, and motivation with the help of a can-do attitude.
Today’s Mazda Monday is an easy one. It’s hyping up the release of the new CX-5, which received a new design for 2026. This is a big deal for Mazda because it’s the brand’s bestseller despite the rising popularity of the wagon-esque CX-50, which saw more than 100,000 units moved in 2025.
The updated CX-5 promises to be quieter, roomier, and more technologically advanced, keeping up with the times thanks to the addition of Google Built-in and other features I’m sure to mention when the first batch arrives in the coming weeks.
This brings me to the ad banner. We have 1,000-plus vehicles for sale at our location in Scottsdale. I can help you with just about any model for sale! You can click on the graphic below and it’ll take you to our site.
If you see something you like, I would be happy to help you. Click the ad below after you read this:
Selfish promo aside, Sped will expand to a purpose that is twofold. One, to serve up a humane blog that will never see the use of A.I. in its writing to deliver amusement into the world of cars. Two, to promote my other set of skills in a sales industry privy of high turnover and an unpredictable market–especially where tariffs are concerned.
The positive in all this is working for the right company. There’s nothing like driving a Mazda, no matter the type of car. SUVs can be fun, just like the MX-5 that has essentially built the legacy of modern Mazda. A famous slogan attached to the roadster is that “Miata Is Always The Answer.” Indeed, it is. Might I tweak it to say, “Mazda Is Always The Answer?”
With 400,000-plus vehicles used for the second year in a row after achieving it for the first time ever in 2024, it has the momentum. Let’s keep the good times rolling, shall we?
Stay tuned.
